Publication works includes a book and a pamphlet that was printed in different media. The book design was a documentary of a spy worker whereas the pamphlet was a redesign of the original work.

Case Study - LYF Architect Company- Website Redesign

This project was to uplift our clients website look and feel and to implement new features to help clients to engage better with the website.

What was the problem?

Business Problem Statement:

LYF Architect Company's website lacks an appealing design and efficient project filtering, hindering client engagement and potentially leading to missed business opportunities.

Design Problem Statement:

LYF Architect Company's website suffers from poor usability due to unclear project filtering and navigation, impacting user experience and hindering the effective showcasing of their projects.

Proposed Solution

As a UX designer collaborating closely with LYF principals, Project Coordinators, and Architects, I am spearheading the development of the company's website to address these issues effectively.

  1. By leveraging user-centered design principles, we are implementing intuitive navigation features that seamlessly guide visitors from one page to another, enhancing their browsing experience.
  2. Moreover, we are refining the project filtering system to categorize projects based on services offered and location, ensuring that clients can easily find relevant projects that meet their criteria. This includes implementing dynamic filters that allow users to refine their search based on specific project attributes.

Once the design phase is complete and approved by LYF stakeholders, the website is now in the development stage, where our skilled developers are bringing the design to life, ensuring that the final product aligns with our vision for an improved and user-friendly website experience.

User Research

User research drives my approach. For instance, our persona craves a captivating portfolio experience with dynamic images and inspiring project quotes. They seek testimonials and references that speak to our expertise, along with insights into our team and services. Contact details and an easy inquiry form ensure seamless communication. Through blogs and press releases, we aim to engage and inform our audience further.

What I Learned

During my tenure at LYF Company, I've come to understand the significance of collecting ample user feedback in the project's initial stages. In this particular endeavor, I initiated the feedback collection process a few weeks after project commencement, yielding invaluable firsthand insights for guiding design decisions.
